Says Phoebe in Montgomery County, MD September 2nd, 2007
I was lucky enough to get a phone call that Sunday morning (around 11 am). It was the holiday weekend but we didn't have very much planned so I made the 2- hour drive down from Frostburg. It was a good thing I went when I did because the bird wasn't seen again on Monday
Some of the more decent shots that I got. The bird was at the far end of the field during most of the time that I was there but was closer for just a minute or two allowing me to get a few “acceptable” shots.
