RED PHALAROPE

I located this bird at around 11:30 am. As I drove up to the end of the the last cell on the right (in between the impoundments), the phalarope swam out into view about as close as it could be. I watched it for over 10 minutes as it swam counterclockwise around the cell and eventually flew from the far end of the cell towards my car.
