Buff-breasted Sandpiper at North Branch, Allegany County, MD

I got a call from Ray Kiddy Saturday morning 9/8/07. Ray had received a call from Jim Green. Jim had found a Buff-breasted Sandpiper at North Branch. I arrived to find Jim and Ray viewing birds from the bed of Jim's pickup truck. This was a new county bird for me.

These photos were actually taken the next day (Sunday 9/9) when the bird was more cooperative and I had more time. These are some of the better photos that I was able to get.
